When I, small Like David, an amateur unknown blogger achieve equal viewers while counter arguing Professional experienced politicians, Loyalists to “Civil contract” backed by Giant Goliath of Mass Media

A few days ago, I felt the urge, extremely motivated and energized, to post several videos, in response to a certain interview in which a veteran experienced politician appeared on a mass media huge youtube channel

What made me this much motivated is certainly the fact that the politician appearing on the video is almost identical to me in theoretical ideological ground, we share the same ideology, but with much different versions, we both declare we are firm followers of Socialism, yet two different versions, I like to consider and declare myself as a Democratic and National Socialist, while he seems more radical to the left, a Marxist, from what I concluded during our discussions about Socialism

The motivation does not rise from our different adoptions of versions of Socialism, but rather from the fact that We have the absolute opposite stance towards the most sensitive issue today, the faith of the great republic of Armenia, we are 180 degrees on opposite sides regarding the internal policies run by the current Yerevan Authorities, The same is true on what foreign policy Armenia should adopt, I oppose the current government and demands its resignation As soon as Possible, while he supports it

Without maneuvers or fake gestures, I admit, the moment he appeared publicly on a huge Youtube Channel, I decided on the spot to listen and respond, react, and present counter arguments

But the odds were never in my favor, he appeared on a youtube channel, which is part of a huge mass media, the channel has almost 389,000 subscribers on youtube, its facebook page has some 500,000 likes, he was interviewed by an experienced professional journalist, he is a part of the leadership of a huge political group with branches spread all over the Armenian Diaspora and inside Armenia

He himself is a well-known experienced politician and a political partisan leader with years of experience and political activity, his supporters would spread his interview on large social media pages and groups, therefore You could say, that I am the David who decided to compete with the Huge Goliath, formed of a huge media source, a professional experienced journalist who is interviewing an experienced politician

But all this did not discourage me, and within the same day and the next 4 days, I responded with 4 videos, but the fourth crucial one was especially dedicated to respond to his video interview

My tools are modest, I came forward with a youtube channel of 368 subscribers, and a small facebook group of 380 members, I myself being an amateur blogger, discussing and trying to counter argue arguments presented by a lot more experienced politician

Despite all this factors, the results were surprisingly satisfying

Apparently, 6 days after before the writing of this article, of the video interview of the politician who is a loyalist to the “Civil contract” ruling party and an advocate of the prime minister of Armenia Mr. Pashinyan, with all the support of this huge media channel, has a total number of 1400 viewers

My Video response on the other hand, which was published two days before writing of this article, has a total number of 1350 viewers, on my channel which has 368 subscribers

Now if you would say that I am active on social media and spread my video over there, I would say that the first video was shared on a number of his supporters on social media as well, I am sure it was found on a facebook page of 500,000 likes

What does not mean in my opinion, it certainly does not mean that I am a better blogger than him during interviews, he has been conducting interviews since 1996, I had my first interview on December 2021, he talks to large audience during political events, rallies and gatherings

My notebook camera is weak, it is not professional, it takes low quality videos, I am an amateur

For me, it means only one thing, that people do not have much faith in the propaganda of the current government, they prefer to listen to a modest amateur like myself, they might see me as more sincere and spontaneous, rather than a professional skilled experienced politician who runs a propaganda in favor of the current majority, over a professional expensive studio

Loyalists to the Civil contract, can someone give me another explanation, on how come an amateur video made by me on my unknown channel of 368 subscribers, has an equal number of viewers responding to a video of a professional experienced political leader with all his skills, a video captured inside an expensive professional studio, an interview conducted by a famous well known experienced professional journalist

It means that I the David blogger of Armenia is performing peer to peer to the Huge Giant Goliath of Government supporting media

That means that the current authorities, who came to power thanks to a populist tactics which earned them popularity enough to become a majority and rule the republic, that means that they are no more popular

If I want to further provide details, on the same day I made my video, another video was published over another channle of an interview I had made with a politician from the opposition, that channel has 77,300 subscribesr and was viewed 35,777 Times

All this proves one thing, that the Current authorities have lost the cornerstone of their continuation of eladership, their popularity
