Ժամանակն է, որ հայ քաղաքական կուսակցությունները ստանձնեն իրենց դերը և զգուշացնեն Սփյուռքին, կամ գոնե դադարեն պաշտպանել ներկայիս իշխանություններին՝ արդարանալով, որ իրենք պարզապես միշտ ամուր են կանգնած պետականության առաջ, Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրային անփորձ կառավարության պայմաններում պետական հիմքերը վտանգված են։ Եվ հանրապետությանը սպառնում է լուրջ վտանգ, ժամանակն է վերանայել այս քաղաքականությունը
